Good to know.
Does this light cure gel polish?
No. The Half-Moon Light is an LED desk work light for lighting your workspace, not a curing lamp. Gel polish that needs curing requires a separate, compatible curing lamp. Read about the difference.
Can I use it to do my own nails at home?
Yes. It works for home manicures as well as salon appointments. The open arch leaves room to work underneath, and the included nail arm rest gives your hands a comfortable place to rest.
Can I change how bright or warm the light is?
Yes. Choose from ten brightness levels and three color temperatures between 3000K and 6500K, using the control panel on the light or the included remote.
Will it work for crafts, tattoo work or reading?
Yes. Adjustable light also suits jewelry making, tattoo work, reading and other close-up tasks. Choose the brightness and color temperature that work best for you.
